How the teleconsultation works

1. Request an appointment

• By email or WhatsApp

2. Appointment confirmation

• You will receive the date and access details via email or WhatsApp.

3. Upload your medical records

• Along with the appointment confirmation, you will receive a link to upload your documents (reports, radiology images).

• Please upload only relevant medical records

• Preferably as a single PDF file (no photos)

• Large files should be compressed into a ZIP file

Teleconsultation process

• At the agreed time, we will connect via Zoom

• Zoom works on PC/Mac, smartphones (iOS/Android), and in the browser (recommended: Google Chrome)

• During the video consultation we can:

  • Review and discuss your medical records together

  • Issue prescriptions and medical orders

  • Arrange hospital admission if necessary

The consultation is as confidential as in a regular clinic visit

Tips for your teleconsultation

• Ensure a quiet and private environment

• Plan for 15–30 minutes

• On request, the conversation can be partially recorded and made available to you afterwards

Fees

• Initial consultation: free of charge

• Diagnostic consultation (after reviewing medical records): €120

• Follow-up consultations: €100

• Payment by bank transfer or PayPal is possible
